Variables Explained:
- Ground Footprint Area: Total ground square footage of home including overhangs.

- Shingle Type: 3-Tab Asphalt, Architectural Shingles, Metal Standing Seam, or Tile.
- Old Roof Tear-Off: Removal and dumpster disposal fee for 1 or 2 existing layers.
